Job Description

We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Arkansas beginning Jan 13, 2026. This short-term opportunity involves providing comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on oral surgery, restorative, and palliative procedures. The schedule is 7am to last patient seen, covering two consecutive days.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide dental treatments including extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, bonding, and application of crowns and caps
  • Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills across all phases of general dentistry
  • Emphasize oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all professional and state regulations


Additional Information

  • DMD or DDS from an accredited US program required
  • Must hold an active, unrestricted Arkansas dental license
  • Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) board certification required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Additional documentation required: valid license, NPI number, CV/resume, CPR/BLS certification, real ID driver's license, NPDB report
