Physician - Cardio Electrophysiology

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardio Electrophysiology Physician for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This full-time role operates on a Monday-Friday 8a-5pm schedule and is centered on delivering advanced electrophysiology care, including a range of complex procedures for inpatient cases. The physician will focus on vital cardiac rhythm management and ablation services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform comprehensive electrophysiology procedures.
• Conduct Pacemaker Implants and ICD implants, including traditional and sub-Q devices.
• Manage Loop recorder implants and/or explants.
• Execute various ablations, including AVN, SVT, and AFLUTTER.

• Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call schedule: No call
• Patient volume: Approximately 16 outpatient and 10-15 inpatient per day
• LOA: 10 Days
• Staffing mix: 1 assigned clinical team outpatient, 1 assigned APP inpatient
