We are seeking an Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Texas beginning Nov 3, 2025. This 60-day opportunity offers flexible day or night shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a minimum of 30 hours per week and coverage needed for three weeks each month. The schedule includes weekend shifts and beeper call requirements. Hospital-based experience is essential for this role, which will work with the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver anesthesiology services in a hospital setting under loose supervision
  • Provide perioperative care for patients requiring anesthesia
  • Participate in day, night, and weekend shifts as scheduled
  • Take assigned beeper call responsibilities as outlined
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination


Additional Information

  • Current Texas license required
  • Board certification in Anesthesiology required
  • Hospital-based experience strongly preferred
