Responsibilities and Duties
Provide anesthesia services for ophthalmology and GI procedures, including cataract, retina, colonoscopy, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, and bone marrow transplant cases
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and formulate anesthesia care plans
Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status throughout procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, proceduralists, and perioperative staff to ensure safe and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols
Additional Information
Board certification in Anesthesiology required
Active Pennsylvania state medical license required; IMLC candidates considered
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience expected
