Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This opportunity starts on Oct 13, 2025, and involves full-time coverage with day shifts from Monday to Friday, typically from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The role may require covering occasional late shifts up to 7:30 PM.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesiology services across a wide range of adult subspecialties.
  • Supervise and collaborate with a team, including 21 CRNAs and 8 other MDs.
  • Engage in both supervisory and direct patient care roles.
  • Utilize advanced support systems, with 24/7 coverage by Intensivists and Neuro specialists.
  • Operate across 12 ORs and 15-16 Anesthetizing Locations.


Additional Information

  • Must have a Pennsylvania medical license.
  • Board certification in Anesthesiology required.
  • Preferred candidates are those who are board eligible within 3 years of completing residency.
  • Required certifications include Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
  • Familiarity with the Cerner EMR system is beneficial.
