Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for a 19-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina beginning Dec 22, 2025. The schedule includes 8-hour shifts with both day and night call coverage. Candidates must have regional experience and be board certified in Anesthesiology, with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Proficiency with the Epic EMR system is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia services under a 1:4 direction model
  • Deliver safe and effective perioperative anesthesia care
  • Participate in both day and night call coverage as scheduled
  • Collaborate with surgical and perioperative teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
  • Adhere to all facility protocols and safety standards


Additional Information

  • Must hold a valid North Carolina medical license
  • Board certification in Anesthesiology required

  • Regional anesthesia experience necessary
  • No new graduates will be considered
