Physician - Anesthesiologist

Job Description

We are seeking an Anesthesiologist for a 260-day assignment in Massachusetts. This role requires a six to twelve-month commitment, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The physician will provide independent case coverage, primarily in the operating room or endoscopy suites, managing a diverse range of cases including general, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide independent anesthesia case coverage without supervision.
• Be solely assigned to either the operating room or endoscopy suites.
• Manage a variety of cases including general surgery, plastics, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, endoscopy, and healthy pediatric cases.

• Required Board Certifications: Anesthesiology
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• EMR: Epic
• Setting: Inpatient
• Call Schedule: No Call
• Patients Per Day: 5 to 10, depending on case type
• LOA: 260 Days
• Staffing Mix: 11 MDs to 3 CRNAs
