Job Description

We are seeking a Physician specializing in Anesthesiology for a 120-day assignment in Florida, beginning May 4, 2026. The role involves managing a diverse caseload within a Pediatric Trauma setting, including general surgery, orthopedics, and ENT cases, often within a collaborative care team model, primarily caring for pediatric patients.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work in a Pediatric Trauma setting with operating rooms.
  • Manage a diverse range of cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Genitourinary, Otolaryngology, and Dental procedures.
  • Provide care for pediatric patients, approximately 60% sick and 40% healthy.
  • Perform required procedures such as IV placement; regional procedures are welcome but not mandatory.
  • Work within a care team model with 2 CRNAs to 1 MD, including medically directed supervision.
  • Handle an average of 800 cases per month.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology required.
  • EMR system utilized is Meditech EHR.
  • Credentialing typically takes 90-120 days.
