Job Description

Our client in Vermont is seeking a skilled Anesthetist to begin an assignment on Feb 11, 2026. This role involves managing a strong case mix including general and regional anesthesia, across inpatient operating rooms and an attached surgery center. Shifts are typically 8 or 10 hours, with the Anesthetist responsible for the full scope of preoperative and postoperative patient care.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administer general and regional anesthesia for a diverse patient population.
  • Manage a strong case mix including General Surgery, Urology, Minimally Invasive Blocks, Trauma Surgery, Pediatric (Dental), ENT, Colonoscopy & Endoscopy, and Cataracts Surgery.
  • Rotate through inpatient operating rooms and an attached surgery center, which features ORs and an outpatient room.
  • Provide the full scope of preoperative and postoperative care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
