Job Description

 Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position at a multi-specialty clinic in Pennsylvania. This 60-day assignment begins on 10/01/2025, with a potential for extension. The CRNA will work Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, primarily assisting with the elective surgical schedule across 11 locations, including the main OR, surgery center, and Labor & Delivery. Key responsibilities include placing spinals, managing airways, administering MAC and GA, and providing support for C-sections. The ideal candidate will have strong obstetrics experience and be comfortable with on-call duties for overflow and emergent procedures. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple locations

• Assist in covering Labor & Delivery for C-sections and placing spinals

• Perform spinal anesthesia, airway management, MAC, and general anesthesia

• Support the primary elective surgical schedule on a rotating basis

• Provide on-call support for overflow and emergent procedures

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Utilize Epic EHR system for accurate and timely documentation

• Adhere to facility protocols and maintain high standards of patient care

• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work across various locations

• Participate in any required training or orientation sessions


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice as a CRNA in the state of Pennsylvania

• Obstetrics experience is required

• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and diverse clinical settings

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Willingness to rotate between multiple locations as needed
