Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in Oklahoma. This 60-day assignment at a hospital starts on 11/24/2025, offering a 40-hour weekly schedule with day shifts from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays. The CRNA will provide general anesthesia for a high volume of diverse cases, including many ASA 3 & 4 level patients. Responsibilities include managing complex procedures in neurology, GI, and Cath Lab, collaborating with residents and other CRNAs, and working under MD supervision in a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio. Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Administer general anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Manage high-acuity patients, particularly ASA 3 & 4 level cases
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Monitor and maintain patient stability during procedures
• Collaborate with residents, CRNAs, and supervising MDs
• Handle cases in neurology, GI, and Cath Lab
• Adapt to a high-volume environment
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
• Demonstrate flexibility in work assignments and schedules
