We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Nurse Practitioner for a 46-day locum tenens assignment in Montana. Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform as the sole provider of anesthesia for OB, Podiatry, and Dental cases.
- Administer regional and invasive anesthesia procedures, including epidurals.
- Provide full range of emergency care to patients of all age ranges.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of medical provider procedures to deliver individualized, goal-oriented care.
- Apply scientific and psychosocial medical provider theory to meet the needs of Native American/Alaskan Native patients.
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions based on disease processes and illness recognition.
- Manage medications, understanding their desired effects, side effects, and complications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on childhood immunizations and vaccines.
- Analyze medical procedure results to determine appropriate medical interventions.
Additional Information
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
- Experience with RPMS EMR system.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Prefer candidates with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
