Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 7-day locum tenens assignment starting May 11, 2026, in Missouri. The client requires coverage for 7a to 3p shifts. This role focuses on ACT Team duties and involves a diverse range of procedures including digestive, eye, pediatric, podiatry, and sinus cases, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia care as part of the ACT Team.
  • Perform anesthesia for Digestive Procedures, including Colonoscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, and Upper Endoscopy.
  • Administer anesthesia for Eye Procedures, such as Cataract Surgery, Glaucoma Surgical Treatments, IOLs, and Vitrectomy.
  • Support Pediatric Procedures, including Pediatric ENT and Anesthesia Assisted Pediatric Dental Rehabilitation.
  • Facilitate Anesthesia for Podiatry Procedures, like Bunion Hammer Toe Correction, Plantar Fasciotomy.
  • Manage anesthesia for Sinus Procedures, including Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, Revision Sinus Surgery, and Sinuplasty.
