Job Description

Our client in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Anesthetist for a 60-day assignment starting Aug 10, 2026. This role involves 8 or 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with required weekend and PM call. The Anesthetist will perform a variety of special procedures, including VBAC/TOLAC, tap blocks, epidurals, spinal, and peripheral blocks, and should have experience with PEDs and ENT cases.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform a range of anesthesia procedures including VBAC/TOLAC, tap blocks, epidurals, spinal, and peripheral blocks.
  • Manage anesthesia for various cases, with required experience in pediatric (PEDs) and ENT cases.
  • Work in both supervised and unsupervised settings across different sites as required.


Additional Information

  • Required Board Certification in Anesthesiology.
  • EMR System: Epic.
  • Shift Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday. Weekend call from 7am-7am and PM call from 3:30pm-7am on Friday, focusing on emergent cases.
