Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota, starting Jan 16, 2026. This role offers a flexible schedule with an ongoing need, focusing primarily on scheduled cases in a supervised model within a trauma setting. Highest needs are for adult, obstetrical, neurosurgical, and complex orthopedic anesthesia cases, with additional opportunities for CRNAs who are pediatric trained.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general anesthesia for adult, obstetrical, neurosurgical, and complex orthopedic cases
  • Deliver anesthesia services in a supervised model within a trauma center equipped with operating rooms and endoscopy suites
  • Support anesthesia care in additional specialty areas as needed
  • Opportunity to cover pediatric ENT and other outpatient specialty cases in ambulatory surgery locations for pediatric-trained CRNAs
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care


Additional Information

  • Board certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is required
  • Must hold or be eligible for a Minnesota or IMLC license
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required
  • Candidates must be flexible and adaptable to varying schedules and case types
