We are seeking a board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in Anesthesiology for a 100-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Feb 2, 2026, with a flexible schedule including 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts, as well as evening and weekend coverage. The assignment primarily involves neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases within a supervised CRNA model, with a focus on providing high-quality anesthesia care in a dynamic setting.

  • Schedule: Most agency providers work 8- or 10-hour shifts; 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts available. Later shifts (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts are also available. A 40-hour guarantee is an option.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide anesthesia care for neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
  • Manage limited pediatric cases, primarily standard procedures
  • Float between two locations as needed, with notification provided the day prior to reassignment
  • Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); collaborate with physicians who typically perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
  • Independently place arterial lines
  • Maintain a clean and safe anesthesia environment in accordance with facility policies
  • Adhere to all required documentation and safety protocols

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Anesthesiology required
  • Active Michigan CRNA license required
  • Clean background required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications through AHA required
  • Preference given to providers seeking full-time assignments
