Job Description

We are seeking a locum tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist specializing in Anesthesiology for a 36-day assignment in Michigan. The contract begins on Nov 3, 2025, and offers 2 to 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, including weekend requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs, including new graduates, to work in a supervised setting while supporting high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases under supervision
  • Administer anesthesia for patients in accordance with established protocols
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia services
  • Adhere to all clinical and safety policies and procedures


Additional Information

  • Michigan license required; no exceptions
  • NBCRNA certification required (new graduates welcome)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Clean background and no malpractice history required for quick credentialing
  • Only local (drive-in) providers are eligible
