Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures across adult and pediatric patients
  • Handle anesthetic procedures for specialties including ENT, orthopedics, and podiatry
  • Manage both general and IV sedation for plastic and general surgery
  • Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and surgery
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients before, during, and after surgery
  • Maintain accurate medical records using the EMR system Cerner


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology required
  • Active Michigan license is mandatory
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification through AHA required
  • Must have a clean background
