Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 90-day assignment in Maine, commencing Aug 15, 2026. This role involves supporting essential medical procedures including intubation, sedation, and IV administration, along with providing anesthesia for a diverse range of surgical cases such as orthopedic, obstetrics, gynecology, podiatry, and general surgery. The schedule is typically 7am-3pm, with on call duties to be arranged with the client.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide support for intubation, sedation, and IV administration.
  • Deliver anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, including orthopedic, obstetrics, gynecology, podiatry, and general surgery.
  • Work within a facility with Operating Rooms, with one room specifically designated for scope procedures.


Additional Information

  • Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
  • The work schedule is 7am-3pm, with specific on-call arrangements to be determined by the provider and client.
