Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Maine. This opportunity starts Feb 16, 2026, with Monday through Friday shifts from 7am to 3pm, working two weeks per month. The CRNA will work mostly independently under the supervision of a physician, occasionally caring for pediatric dental cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases, including pediatric dental cases two days per month
  • Work independently in a 5:1 CRNA-to-physician ratio, with MD support and supervision available
  • Provide safe and effective perioperative anesthesia care
  • Remain comfortable with on-call responsibilities as needed


Additional Information

  • Must have current Maine license
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Pediatric experience is not required but is considered a plus
