 We are seeking a skilled Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) specializing in Anesthesiology for a locum tenens position in Florida. This 6-month assignment begins on 02/09/2026, with a potential for extension. The role requires full-time coverage, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm. The successful candidate will work in a clinic setting, providing anesthesia services for various case types including Orthopedics, ENT, Cosmetic, Gynecology, and Neuro/Spine procedures under a Medical Direction Model. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of case types, including Orthopedics, ENT, Cosmetic, Gynecology, and Neuro/Spine procedures

• Work effectively under a Medical Direction Model

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans

• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures

• Manage post-anesthesia care and recovery

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

• Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia care


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice in Florida

• Experience with SIS (Surgical Information Systems) preferred

• Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety
