Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment in Florida. This independent role covers eyes and urology cases in an OR setting, starting on Oct 3, 2025, for a 22-day assignment. The schedule consists of 7am-5pm shifts on selected dates throughout October, November, and December.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Independently administer anesthesia for ophthalmology and urology surgical procedures
  • Assess, monitor, and manage patient care throughout the perioperative period
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia care
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and patient safety standards


Additional Information

  • Current Florida CRNA license required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • Experience with eyes and urology cases strongly preferred
