The facility is a Trauma hospital with ORs, Endo Suites, Dedicated Maternity Suites, and Suites at ASC. The case mix includes General, Ortho, Gastroenterology, Robotics, OB, Urology, and Podiatry, with little to no trauma cases. Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team in a Medical Supervision Model
• Manage patient care in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during various surgical procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process
• Adapt to different surgical specialties including General, Ortho, Gastroenterology, Robotics, OB, Urology, and Podiatry
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed in Connecticut
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred
