Job Description

 Wellhart is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position at a Surgery Center in California. This 15-day assignment begins on 12/05/2025, with specific coverage dates in December and January, from 7 am to 3 pm. The CRNA will primarily assist with EGDs and Colonoscopies, providing essential anesthesia services for these procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized outpatient setting, requiring expertise in anesthesia administration for gastrointestinal procedures. There is potential for assignment extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer anesthesia for EGDs and Colonoscopies

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and surgical team

• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed

• Provide pre- and post-procedure care and assessment

• Maintain accurate medical records using paper-based system
