Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and urgent medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care
- Perform procedures and interventions as appropriate within emergency medicine scope
- Document patient encounters and treatments accurately
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and prioritize care effectively
Additional Information
- Active California nurse practitioner license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Strong emergency room experience required
- Certifications needed: Basic Life Support (BLS), ATLS, ACLS, PALS
