Job Description
We are seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist for a 45-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois starting Dec 1, 2025. This position features approximately 15 on-call (pager) 24-hour shifts per month covering OB, general surgery, and select subspecialty cases, with shifts that may be grouped or PRN.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia services for OB, general surgery, limited orthopedic, limited urology, plastic surgery, and GI cases
- Deliver high-quality perioperative care and pain management
- Respond to calls and manage emergent anesthesia needs as scheduled
- Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
Additional Information
- Active Illinois license or active IMLC required (LOQ must be provided at time of name clear)
- Board certification in Anesthesiology required
- Experience required; new graduates considered
- Clean malpractice and background history required
