Wellhart’s Referral Program Guidelines
Who Can Refer a Physician, CRNA, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant?
All individuals (other than employees, clients, and vendors of Wellhart or its affiliates) are able—and encouraged—to participate in the Wellhart Referral Program.
Who Can Be Referred?
All physicians, CRNAs, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants who specialize in Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Hospitalist, and/or Anesthesiology whom Wellhart has not submitted or assigned to a client within 12 months prior to the referral.
Rules for Qualification
- Referrals are valid for 12 months or for a max of 50/100 shifts depending on physician, CRNA, NP, or PA (whichever occurs first).
- Referrals must provide the referred physician, CRNA, NP, or PA’s valid and current contact information, including a working email and phone number.
- The referred physician, CRNA, NP, or PA must have at least one active, unrestricted US state license (including PR), or be willing to activate a lapsed license.
Payout
- The referred physician, CRNA, NP, or PA must work a minimum of 10 rewarded shifts within 12 months or $10,000 (whichever occurs first).
- Rewarded shifts follow standard 8, 10, or 12-hour schedules (depending on specialty).
- Physician referrals earn $200 per shift (10–50 shifts) for a total of $2,000–$10,000.
- CRNA, NP, or PA referrals earn $100 per shift (10–100 shifts) for a total of $1,000–$10,000.
- Referral rewards are paid quarterly.
