Job Description

We are seeking a Vascular/Interventional Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Texas starting Feb 2, 2026. This opportunity offers a 21-day contract, with day shifts from 8am to 5pm and a flexible commitment of at least 1 week per month, up to 3 weeks per month. The ideal candidate will provide specialized diagnostic and interventional radiology services in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform paracentesis and thoracentesis
  • Conduct fluoroscopic studies
  • Perform biopsies and drainages
  • Provide tumor ablation and embolization therapies
  • Conduct CVA and port placement
  • Perform non-vascular interventions (biliary, gastro, genitourinary)
  • Interpret studies related to interventional procedures


Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Texas medical license required
  • Background experience in diagnostics preferred
