Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Washington starting Feb 2, 2026. This opportunity offers a mix of clinic hours from 8a-4p, night call from 5p-8a, and 24-hour call coverage every 1 to 6 days. Candidates should have an active WA license or IMLC and be able to cover at least 80 percent of the assignment dates.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general urology care in clinic and on call
  • Perform cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy, TURP, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans
  • Conduct ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections
  • Manage bread and butter urology procedures
  • Utilize robotic assistance as available (robotic procedures not required)
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical documentation


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Urology highly preferred; truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency completion) considered
  • Active WA license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) required
  • Active ACLS, BLS, and DEA required; candidates without ACLS or BLS must obtain if selected
  • Clean malpractice record highly preferred
  • Candidates must specify availability, blackout dates, and number of ongoing shifts per month
