Responsibilities and Duties
Conduct virtual urgent care visits using PC, Mac, iPhone, or iPad
Respond to patient alerts and begin assessments via Skype screening
Complete patient assessments within 10-15 minutes per visit
See approximately 3-5 patients per hour (volume may vary)
Ensure all patient charts are closed within 24 hours of visit completion
Maintain high standards of documentation and patient care
Collaborate with other providers as needed in a virtual setting
Additional Information
Previous urgent care experience preferred
Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
Ability to work independently and manage patient flow efficiently
