Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Sleep Medicine specialist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts starting Dec 1, 2025. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., focusing on both sleep medicine and neurology cases in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Diagnose and manage a range of sleep disorders including obstructive and central sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm disorders
  • Evaluate and treat parasomnias such as sleepwalking, sleep terrors, nightmares, and REM sleep behavior disorder
  • Manage cases involving bruxism and snoring
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Document clinical encounters and care plans according to facility protocols


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Sleep Medicine required
  • Neurology training preferred
  • Active Massachusetts state license or willingness to obtain is highly required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • All background experience must be notated at time of name clear to avoid being redirected
