Responsibilities and Duties
Provide Pulmonary Critical Care coverage for a facility
Supervise and provide minimal oversight to independently practicing nurse practitioners (APPs)
Deliver patient care during in-house day shifts and offer off-site support during overnight hours
Respond to critical care needs and emergent situations as required
Ensure adherence to facility protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care required
Active Iowa license required for expedited privileges
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), DEA, and CSR certifications required
COVID vaccine required (must be noted at the time of name clear)
Clean malpractice and background required with no exceptions
