We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Colorado starting Feb 16, 2026. This position features day shifts, Monday through Thursday, with one Friday per month, totaling 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will manage oncology and infusion patients, collaborating closely with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage oncology and infusion patients, including examination, treatment, consultation, follow-up, and referral
  • Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies as needed
  • Participate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to organizational and departmental goals to ensure safe, quality care


Additional Information

  • Minimum two years of oncology subspecialty experience required
  • Must be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
  • Current AOCNP certification required
  • Active DEA license and unrestricted Colorado license required
