Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 40-day locum tenens call assignment in Colorado, starting Nov 27, 2025. This opportunity offers 24-hour call shifts with weekend and on-call requirements, involving general OB/GYN coverage and an average of 15 deliveries per month. Ongoing dates will begin January 2026 for candidates with continued availability.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive general OB/GYN services during 24-hour call shifts
  • Manage deliveries, averaging 15 per month
  • Respond to on-call and weekend patient care needs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver safe, effective care


Additional Information

  • Board certified or truly board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (0-5 years of residency completion required)
  • Active Colorado license or IMLC (LOQ at submission) required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification highly preferred
  • Clean malpractice history required
  • EMR questionnaire completion necessary
  • Candidates must detail ongoing shift availability following the initial stint
