Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide emergency medicine care to patients in an acute care setting
- Diagnose and manage a variety of urgent and emergent medical conditions
- Perform procedures and interventions as required in emergency medicine practice
- Utilize Meditech EHR for documentation and patient management
- Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards
Additional Information
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
- ABEM not required; FM/IM with emergency medicine experience accepted
- Active Texas medical license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Experience with Meditech EHR preferred
