Responsibilities and Duties
Provide dental treatments including extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, bonding, and application of dental crowns and caps
Utilize strong diagnostic skills in all phases of general dentistry
Emphasize oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Adhere to all licensing and regulatory standards
Additional Information
Active Louisiana dental license with no restrictions required
DMD or DDS from an accredited US program required
Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) board certification required
Must provide a valid license, NPI number, CV/resume, CPR/BLS, real ID driver’s license, and NPDB report
