Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct follow-up and established patient visits; no consultations required
• Manage inbox coverage for absent providers
• Interpret cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for complex patient management
• Work independently within a team-based care model
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Additional Information

• Active Washington state license required
• DEA and NPI certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Cardiology board certification required
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working independently within a collaborative environment
