Responsibilities and Duties
Perform advanced electrophysiology and ablation procedures for heart rhythm disturbances
Demonstrate proficiency with the Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system
Independently administer moderate sedation
Conduct transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedure case logs (minimum of 100 EP cases in past 2 years, with emphasis on ablations)
Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety standards, and best practices
Additional Information
Board certified or board eligible required
Arizona medical license required (open to those willing to obtain)
DEA registration in Arizona required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience in electrophysiology with documented ablation cases
Must be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently
