Schedule: Flexible; 24/7 cardiac anesthesia coverage with primary duties during prime time hours alongside a dedicated cardiac CRNA team. Infrequent after-hours call-ins, after-hours coverage limited to cardiac cases only.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide anesthesia care exclusively for cardiac cases
Deliver 24/7 coverage within a low-volume cardiac anesthesia program
Collaborate with experienced cardiac CRNAs in an anesthesia care team model (coverage ratios 1:2 to 1:3)
Manage both general and cardiac anesthesia cases during prime time hours
Respond to infrequent after-hours call-ins, solely for cardiac cases
Ensure high standards of clinical care aligned with board certification requirements
