Our Differentiators

Licensing Support

We’ll help you obtain your Connecticut license. You’ll also need an active DEA registration and a Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) to practice – and we can assist with those as well.

Digital Credential Wallet – Powered by Axuall

Set up your Axuall Digital Wallet once, then share verified credentials in seconds to speed onboarding and reduce admin work. Skip repetitive forms with CV auto-fill and real-time verification of education, licenses, certifications, and employment.

Earn CME credits while you practice. Access to Learner+

Earn CME through reflective practice – built into your assignment (for 1-year commitments). Advance your credentials without sacrificing your time off.

Access to tax and financial guidance tailored for locum CRNAs

Keep more of your hard-earned money with financial and tax guidance from Earned. Many healthcare professionals earning 1099 income overpay in taxes simply because planning happens once a year instead of year-round.

Frequently Asked Questions

Last Updated on: February 16th, 2026

Who is this assignment best for?

Experienced CRNAs comfortable in a large academic/teaching environment with a broad, high-acuity case mix and strong MD/CRNA collaboration. Not ideal if you only want low-acuity, solo-only, or outpatient-only.

What’s the minimum schedule?

Minimum 3×12s/week (36 hours guaranteed). Shifts are non‑consecutive. Options: 7:00a–7:30p, 8:00a–8:30p, 9:00a–9:30p. 30-min unpaid lunch. Weekends/holidays available at premium rates.

What’s the minimum commitment?

6 months minimum; 12 months preferred. Longer terms may unlock higher travel stipend, CME/Learner Plus, and more scheduling flexibility.

What cases will I see?

Broad mix: Level I adult/peds trauma, cardiac/critical care, ambulatory, periop adult anesthesia. OB is preferred, not required. Cases are aligned to your experience, no “stretch” placements.

What experience is required?

2 years preferred; 18 months considered for strong candidates. Clean background + strong clinical references required.

How fast is the process (interview → offer → credentialing)?

Interview is typically scheduled within approximately 2 business days of submission, with offers made shortly after the interview. Credentialing averages around 90 days; licensing and credentialing run in parallel with team support.

Connecticut license + eligibility rules?

We support obtaining a CT license. You’ll need an active DEA and CT Controlled Substance Registration (CSR). This is a true locum role: must live a minimum of 75 miles away from the facility.
