Coronavirus Update from Wellhart

Managing the crisis

Wellhart is closely monitoring and responding to the serious challenges posed by the outbreak of coronavirus strain COVID-19. Given the current national crisis, we wanted to share some of the steps we are taking to support our employees, clients, providers, and other stakeholders.

Business Continuity
While the situation is fluid and difficult to predict, we continue to be fully operational. We are doing what we can to maintain full business continuity, and we believe we are in a strong position to support all of our stakeholders.

We are relying on guidance from federal and state authorities and are prepared to make real-time decisions as changing conditions warrant.

Provider Availability and Screening
We are staying in close communication with our providers throughout this situation. We are engaged with them in open dialogue regarding their availability and risk factors, and we are actively working to identify providers who are prepared to help in this moment of crisis.

Specifically, we have prepared a list of screening questions for all providers scheduled to start their assignments in the coming days and weeks.

Please contact your account manager or call us at 800-610-6204 if we can help in any way, keeping in mind we cover all specialties.

What you can do as a healthcare professional
We have clients across the country that are looking for qualified providers who are ready and willing to help in this situation. Many states are temporarily waving licensing requirements in response to COVID-19, which makes it possible for us to get providers assisting patients faster.

If you would like to discuss what you can do to help, please reach out to your recruiter directly or call us at 800-610-6204.

We will continue  to monitor the situation and will update you with additional information if necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your Wellhart account manager or recruiter.

Please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for more information on COVID-19.

Stay healthy and safe.
